Psalm 46:1-7

God is our refuge and strength,
    an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
    and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam
    and the mountains quake with their surging.
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
    the holy place where the Most High dwells.
God is within her, she will not fall;
    God will help her at break of day.
Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
    he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
The Lord Almighty is with us;
    the God of Jacob is our fortress.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the living water
that only You can provide — the water
that quenches every thirst and satisfies
the deepest places of our souls.
In a world full of temporary pleasures
and passing comforts, we come to You,
the source of eternal life and unfailing love.

Lord, let Your Spirit flow within us
like a never-ending fountain.
Cleanse us, renew us, and fill us with Your peace,
Your presence, and Your purpose.
Teach us to seek You above all else,
to drink deeply of Your Word,
and to be refreshed by Your grace each day.

May our lives overflow with Your goodness
so that others, too, may come to know
this living water that leads to everlasting life.
